Drive the strategy, roadmap and ship great products that streamline how developers adopt and build with Chainguard Container Images. Lead projects from ideation through launch and beyond, iteratively unlocking new customers and improving the product while overseeing maintenance and support. Gather and respond to quantitative and qualitative data and feedback, measuring the effectiveness of your team’s efforts and changing direction when required.

As a TPM, you will lead your team in driving cross-functional initiatives that span multiple technical teams, owning and driving technical programs in the Ads Monetization engineering space. This requires cross-functional work across multiple engineering teams at Reddit. You’ll partner with engineering leaders across the company to evaluate prioritization, tradeoffs and risks related to the programs you own.
